Welcome to VEZA Weddings. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through VEZA Weddings.

1. About VEZA Weddings

VEZA Weddings is an Australian-based online store specialising in Croatian wedding traditions, accessories, and celebration products. We proudly source and create products designed to help preserve and celebrate Croatian heritage.

2. Products

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are accurate.

Many of our products are handmade or sourced from artisans in Croatia. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions, and appearance may occur. These variations are not considered faults and form part of the unique character of each product.

VEZA Weddings reserves the right to update product information, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Policy

Australia

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.
  • Orders under $150 AUD will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

  • Flat rate international shipping of $40 AUD.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days
  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • International: 2–4 weeks

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

VEZA Weddings is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Wedding & Event Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient time is allowed for production and delivery before their wedding or event date.

We recommend ordering:

  • At least 4–6 weeks before Australian weddings.
  • At least 8–10 weeks before international weddings.

VEZA Weddings accepts no responsibility for losses, expenses, or damages resulting from delayed deliveries once an order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item is faulty.
  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The incorrect item was supplied.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Wedding accessories that have been used.
  • Cut ribbon lengths or custom quantities.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

7. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised products are made specifically for each customer.

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, colours, wording, and artwork approvals are correct prior to confirming their order.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside the control of VEZA Weddings.

If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. However, compensation decisions remain at the discretion of the shipping provider.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including product designs, images, logos, branding, graphics, text, and website content, remains the property of VEZA Weddings and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEZA Weddings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products supplied.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
